Subscription policy: 

You can book your classes based on the time frame available for you and for your child

Important note: 

Class duration for the booked class: 50 minutes

Class duration for free session: 30 minutes

We have three options for the courses provided: 

(This will determine how fast the progress in learning Arabic is)

1. Light: Which includes one single class per week. 
2. Regular: Which includes two classes per week.
3. Intensive: Which includes three classes per week.

We have three courses in Arabia center that you can choose from based on your interest:

1. Classic Arabic course
2. Egyptian colloquial Arabic course
3. Quran and Islam essentials [soon]

After subscription: 

• You will get the chance to have a free language assessment
• Meet with the teacher to discuss the curriculum, the assessment and provide your own preferences. 
• Curriculum plan
• After class detailed report
• Free access to material
• You need to make sure that your payment is already received 2 business days before the class booked time to confirm your reservation. 
• You can pay for the individual class, monthly, or quarterly. 
• You can cancel your plan or postpone it. 
• In case you would like to cancel your plan after confirming the payment, please check the cancellation policy. 

Cancellation policy: 

• If you can’t attend a private class and want to have it rescheduled, please inform us by one business day before your class. This means that requests to reschedule a Sunday class should be made by Thursday.
• If the request was submitted 1 business day before the class: you will have the lesson rescheduled but cannot be canceled nor refunded.
• You can request to reschedule the class only 1 time. 
• If the request was submitted within 12 – 24 hours before the class: The class will be rescheduled but there is a lateness fee that should be applied which is 25% of the class cost according to your current plan.
• If you didn’t attend the class with no prior notification: we won’t be able to reschedule the class for you, we can only cancel it with no refund.
• If you want to cancel your plan and you have paid previously, it will be canceled as per your request and the refund will be initiated in the following business day. However, there are cancellation fees that should be applied which is 12.5% of the total cost. 

To reschedule your class, you can send an email to info@arabia-center.com or send us a Whatsapp message with your name, your email address, and your class time to inform us with your request and to check for you the availability for the next class. 

Tardiness policy: 

Class duration: 50 minutes.

Free classes’ duration: 30 minutes.

For prepaid booked classes:

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a class, the teacher will be permitted to cancel the class and you will not be refunded.

For free classes:

If you are more than 5 minutes late to the class, the teacher will be permitted to cancel the class.

The free class is an offer that is applied in order to introduce you to our services and to be able to do an assessment that will be the base to future classes. Any lateness will affect the duration of the program prepared for you and your child. 

In case you missed your first free class, you can schedule a new class to get introduced to our platform and to apply for the assessment as well, but you will be charged for it with 12.5% of the original class cost [standard plan].
